Job Description - Sales Support

Reporting to:

Head of Sales


Function:

Sales administration and customer service


Location:

South Godstone, Surrey - office based (ideally within 30 mins drive)

Purpose of the Job:

Internal sales link for sales team with studio, transport, finance and other depts as required:


  • Manage and develop specific portfolio of customers with key focus on core repeat business:
-
Office based Day to day liaison with customer base including solving problems and updating sales team members with engagement incl key issues resolution with customers:


  • Internal management of specific projects as required

Main Duties (Principal Accountabilities)**:


  • Support the sales and business development teams to manage customer engagement and escalate where required
  • Track orders and highlight any potential delays
  • Liaise across different internal teams to collect and communicate key information
  • Send key information to clients as required for wider sales team and your self
  • Respond to customer queries and assist in problem solving where appropriate
  • Day to management and ownership of specific customer portfolio and delivery of sales targets
  • Work with all internal teams to help further develop good processes and controls where applicable
  • Attend internal meetings and report on your specific portfolio customers

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

Excellent IT skills - especially Microsoft Office

Previous administration experience

Good teamworking and communication skills

Excellent People Skills with ability to assess situations and maintain relationships with customer

Desire to grow existing experience with an energetic and motivated set of teams at Regency

Ideally some sales and account management experience

Potential to develop into Sales account manager in time

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
