Software Support Engineer
**Salary: ** circa £45-£65,000 (doe) + bonus + benefits

**Hybrid working pattern

**: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working; for this role, it would typically look like a fairly regular 3-4 day on-site presence.

**The opportunity

We are looking for a capable, driven and flexible Software Support Engineer to support multiple development teams in project management and software delivery.

**What we're looking for from you: A process champion to assist our software development teams with planning, documentation, configuration and delivery:

The confidence to work independently and with initiative to find solutions.
Knowledge of Project Management principles.
Experience of Software Engineering Lifecycle.

Activities include:

Providing software input and configuration management Interface Models, supporting multiple programmes; directly collaborating with the System Architects.
Supporting delivery of Integration work to external partners/customers.
Support internal customer teams, such as Trials and lab custodians.
