We are looking for primary practitioners who:

  • Have experience of working across Key Stage
  • Are creative and able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the national curriculum requirements.
  • Share the schools' commitment to achieving the highest possible standards for all our children.
  • Provide an empowering and inspiring learning environment.
  • Are reflective and consistently provide opportunities for children to learn through carefully planned lesson sequences, using assessment to inform next steps.
  • Are able to support less able children, as well as children who are working at a greater depth of understanding.
  • Work well in a team, can establish good relationships with children and parents and are willing to fully participate in our 'Ladywood Learning Family'.
