We are looking for primary practitioners who:

Have experience of working across Key Stage
Are creative and able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the national curriculum requirements.
Share the schools' commitment to achieving the highest possible standards for all our children.
Provide an empowering and inspiring learning environment.
Are reflective and consistently provide opportunities for children to learn through carefully planned lesson sequences, using assessment to inform next steps.
Are able to support less able children, as well as children who are working at a greater depth of understanding.
Work well in a team, can establish good relationships with children and parents and are willing to fully participate in our 'Ladywood Learning Family'.
