About the role
Ravensbourne University is seeking an organised and self-motivated Administrator for the Marketing Communications and Content Team.
The post holder will maintain and enhance the university's reputation by providing administrative support and assisting a busy team to attract prospective students, as well as engage with other external and internal audiences.
Having a meticulous eye for detail, strong project management and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders is a must for this role.
The role would suit someone looking to take a first step in a marketing career and an interest in working in a higher education environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the prospectus fulfilment process for all markets and report on request statistics.
- Maintain the University's profiles and course listings externally in terms of directories / databases that feature FE, UG & PG courses.
- When required, assist in the inputting of data into the university's CRM system
- Prepare and distribute relevant materials for dispatch to external partners such as enquirers, stakeholders and other agencies as well as internal contacts.
- To act as an ambassador during Open Days and Marketing & Student Recruitment events on behalf of the University, both within the UK and Overseas when required.
- When necessary represent the University at nominated external recruitment events including UCAS Fairs and School/College events; representing the University and acting as an ambassador for the University as a whole.
- Support the organisation of recruitment events on behalf of the University and training events for schools, colleges if required.
- Provide administrative support to the team as well as the wider department if required.
- Perform such other duties consistent with the role as may from time to time be assigned, collaborating fully with others to get the work done and Ravensbourne's objectives achieved
