YOUR ROLE


Our CEVA Lead Logistics team based in Ashby de la Zouch has an amazing opportunity for an experienced and customer centric Regional Operations Supervisor.


This crucial role will support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the Control Tower team and will encourage and promote customer centricity, stakeholder, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Reporting into Regional Operation Manager you will use your expertise in customs clearance to ensure that the team are processing shipment movements accurately through Matrix SCM and that engagement with internal and external stakeholders is at a high standard and all performance objectives are achieved.

You will act as a key point of contact and escalation point for operational issues providing remedial actions and improvements to processes ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.


You will monitor KPIs, SLAs and Quality Metrics ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives across the operation to improve productivity, provide detailed reports for the Operations Manager and take accountability for supplier and carrier compliance performance.

This is a hybrid - Monday to Friday role
