Junior CRO Analyst

Tasks:


  • Running quantitative and qualitative research on client's customers to understand why they do or don't convert
  • Assist with planning and prioritising insights and testing strategy which meets the client's targets and ROI
  • Building wireframes
  • Communication of test results both to direct contacts and additional parties to maximise the benefit of our learning, e.g., online marketing teams
  • Managing testing programs, ensuring the strategic aims for the program are aligned with client's aims and milestones. This will include analysing and evaluating A/B tests, reporting on results and recommending next steps to clients
  • Day to day account management and written and face to face contact with clients on a daily basis

Qualifications:


  • 2:1 or First-Class degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science or a Businessrelated field
  • Initial work experience as a CRO Analyst (e.g. through an internship) and knowledge of CRO tools (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager or Launch) and understanding of web analytics solutions (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
  • Good knowledge of coding in frontend languages, such as: JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Clear communication skills to explain the root of ideas
  • Desirable: initial experience with coding in Python and PHP
