Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs
- carrying out pre event checks, assisting with PPM's

  • Remedial works
  • Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Lamp changes, and minor plumbing repairs, general maintenance
  • Handle basic carpentry tasks
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must have Safety boots c/w protective midsole.

Salary:
£18.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 2 years (required)
