The Role

Here at Clent Hills Vets, we are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to work full-time or part-time.

We are looking for someone who can deliver high quality and personable veterinary care in a busy and demanding environment to join our team.

The salary will be from £40,000 up to £65,000 depending on experience.

About Us


Established in 1996, we are a friendly & compassionate group with 3 practices and a pet fitness & rehab centre in Worcestershire.

We provide an out of hours service from our Bromsgrove practice (Monday-Friday) with the weekends out of hours covered by Vets now to ensure a good work life balance.


Our Hagley branch has CR and Dental X-Ray, Ultrasound, in house lab machines, 15 minute consultations and a dedicated ops day.

We also have laparoscopy and endoscope available at our Bromsgrove site.


Our team is made up of 2 Senior Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 5 Receptionists, and our Branch Manager.

One of our Senior Vets is working towards a certificate in medicine. We pride ourselves in our culture of continuous improvement within the practice and have a silver cat-friendly clinic accreditation.

The successful applicant will be experienced and confident in veterinary duties.

We are looking for someone who will bring their own ideas to the team, so we can expand our expertise and deliver more services to our loyal clients.
