The job role includes, but is not limited to:- Ensuring accurate and effective communication is maintained between Continuing Airworthiness Manager, aircraft owners/operators and external aircraft maintenance organisations for scheduling and delivery of maintenance requirements.
- Obtaining current aircraft hours/cycles within predetermined timescales for accurate status update of aircraft records and tracking system, inputting of flight log data & monitoring.
- Updating physical aircraft records and tracking data.
- Scanning and Archiving Aircraft Documents
- Processing the maintenance, hangar and man hour planning, distributed by management
- Customer Liaison
- Assist in the processing of incoming sales orders through to dispatch.
- Preparing quotes for incoming sales order enquiries
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and distributing required parts to aircraft maintenance engineers, from the bonded stores located on the hangar floor.
- Ensuring detailed and accurate entries are recorded in a timely manner, with the use of inventory systems and software.
- Verifying that parts issued are alongside the correct compliance documentation.
- Ensure that the correct security and procedures of aviation regulatory requirements are followed
- Cataloguing of maintenance tools and ensuring correct tool control procedures are followed.
- Assisting our maintenance organisation in recovery of aircraft from any grounded aircraft situation.

- Beneficial, but not compulsory, experience: Inventory control, logistics, data entry, customer service and/ or aviation industry background
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
