Description
To provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the effective running to FTB Core Team.


It includes the general management of the administration systems, coordinating and delegating work, ensuring priority work targets are met and supporting the admin functions for the effective running of the service.


The post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, which include but not limited to; inbox management, booking of patient appointments, attendance at designated meetings recording accurate notes.

Completion of audio transcription of clinical letters, reports and other correspondence as required by the clinical team.


To act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquires for the team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals and staff within the Trust, GP's, Social Workers, Service Users, Carers and any other appropriate external agencies.

You will also help cover colleagues within the service are on annual leave.
