We're looking for aTechnical Administrator to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich
Location:
Norwich, office based minimum of 2 days per week
Contract:
Part time
- 18 hours per week Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in administrative support to the delivery teams, ensuring that invoices match orders, waste removed from sites is disposed of legally, purchases are recorded accurately to contracts and databases are updated accurately.
Your day to day will include:
- Maintaining equipment and material related procedures and processes vital for the efficient and effective operation of the delivery teams
- Daily receipting of purchase orders for various aggregates/ training/ purchases, chasing for missing delivery or service information to ensure invoices are paid on time
- Dealing with invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and site managers to respond to queries
- Monitoring of servicing of hired in and owned equipment used on sites or issued to teams, ensuring dates agree with supplier records and all equipment in use is within inspection/ service dates
- Recording orders, deliveries and issue of consumable items

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Excellent attention to detail and experience working within a similar role within a multi-tasking/ busy environment
- Good IT skills in Excel for spreadsheets and other Microsoft packages
