Description

As a Hostess/Host, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, adding them to the waiting list as needed, seating them at tables or in waiting areas, assigning them to preferred tables while considering table rotation, providing them with menus, and ensuring their satisfaction with the food and service.

To be eligible for this position, you should be able to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, to have a positive attitude and to work collaboratively under pressure with all restaurant staff.

We also expect you to deliver high-quality work without supervision and be able to stand for extended periods while engaging with our guests.

Good command of English is essential, and having at least one year of experience in a similar setting would be an advantage.
