Are you driven by growth opportunities and challenges in an extensively experienced international team? We are seeking a UK Sales Manager to join and expand their growth and build on the foundations newly set up for the UK business.


The company


Our client innovates in the design and sales of high-level, environmentally friendly, infection prevention capital equipment, suitable for disinfecting any medical probe without a lumen.

Now backed by a board with a very impressive track record of successin the Medtech industry, our client is entering an exciting stage of growth, both in the UK and imminently across the Americas.


The role

  • Responsibilities include:_
  • Recruitment, training, and development of sales
  • Drive forward the UK business agenda
  • Provide excellent customer relationship management, service, and support
  • Create territory sales plans, and agreements and generate sales leads
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports
  • Gather market, competitor, and customer information
  • Travel to assigned customers and introduce product supply
  • Assist customers with the installation and setup of procured products

The requirements

  • You will have experience in a sales role in the UK healthcare environment, ideally within the ultrasound, capital equipment or infection control market, as well as_
  • Degreelevel educated in Life Science or equivalent
  • Track record for sales growth and new business development
  • Strategic thinker
  • Comfortable in fastchanging environments
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and driven
  • Highly motivated and commercially minded
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Based in London or Southeast England
