Senior Designer - Position Overview

Utilise technical design expertise to create and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Collaborate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure the best possible design outcome.
Produce precise, wellpresented approval and production drawings.
Clearly communicate design intent and specifications
Cultivate a strong working relationship with the operations manager and joiners on the shop floor, offering guidance and assisting in troubleshooting during the production process.
Consistently adhere to project timelines, meeting all deadlines

Senior Designer - Position Requirements

2+ years' experience producing drawings and working in the bespoke joinery sector.
An understanding of joinery manufacturing methods, materials, and finishes
A proven ability to generate accurate, detailed production drawings / technical drawings.
Well organised and equipped for a fast turnaround from initial concept to design solution and manufacture.
Being a team player who enjoys collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Problem solver who takes a positive attitude when challenges arise.
An added benefit would be the desire to develop design and specification capability in nonfurniture elements such as Metalwork, LED lighting and Acoustics.
