The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The role of a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant is a dynamic varied and demanding 360 recruitment role, but here at Navartis we are known for our outstanding Training Academy.
From day one you will join our 4-week NavAcademy, starting in our Training Bay where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house Trainer & Training Manager.
You will receive a mix of interactive coaching and mentoring with practical and theory based training, ensuring you have the expertise and foundations needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Key responsibilities
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.
