About Our Client:

Our client is renowned for technical leadership and offer a fantastic place to work.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Processing multiple invoices
  • Checking through invoices, ensuring correct details, updating system
  • Using multiple systems for different information
  • Checking all paperwork technicians provide
  • Reviewing timesheets
  • Checking different insurers contracts
  • Managing ledger
  • Ensuring costings are correct
  • Checking external invoices against system
  • Manage sales orders

The Successful Applicant:


You will be comfortable using multiple IT systems, and have excellent attention to detail as you will be processing and cross checking multiple invoices.

This role will be office based for 1 month and then hybrid working will be offered.


What's on Offer:

Immediate start available

Salary - £24k pa

Monday - Friday

Office based in Tamworth, hybrid working offered after 1 month

Minimum 12 week contract
