  • Are you a compassionate individual with experience of working within the Health and Wellbeing environment? Do you want to support staff working in a fastpaced educational setting? Then this role may be an ideal opportunity for you.
  • We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People Team, to support the health and wellbeing of our workforce. This is a busy role requiring a motivated individual that has a positive approach to the mental health and wellbeing of others. Your empathy and clear communication skills will be needed to help you oversee the college's approach towards health and wellbeing for staff, including how it is reflected in the design of Continuous Professional Development, behaviour policies, and how staff are supported with their own wellbeing.
