Your New Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Service Centre Team Leader to join our RAMS contracts as part of the MOD's Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS).
A Team Leader plays an important part in leading a team of administrators and working collaboratively is the key mission to successfully deliver property maintenance services to enable a right first-time methodology and to drive continuous improvement.
The standard hours of work are 37.5

You will be responsible for:
- Maintain effective and compliant customer centric policies and procedures in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the region
- Analyse supply chain operative performance to identify and implement improvements in First Time Fix rates, parts management and Move In standards.
- Maintain Knowledge of Damp & Mould, Utilities associated with Service family accommodation.
- Ensure all Response and PPM tasks are completed within KPIs
- Monitor, maintain and work with supply chains to always ensure adequate resource available.
What makes this role unique is you will inspire and lead the team to support operational improvements through effective data analysis, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Ideally you will have
experience of managing teams within a service environment particularly; secure, FM, utilities, transport, maintenance, or housing.
- Institute of Customer Service trained.
- Experience with working on Optimise (CAFM) or similar systems.
