Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide accurate and uptodate information about available properties
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and management of social media account
- Coordinate property inspections and handle necessary paperwork
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent administrative skills to handle paperwork and documentation
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Urdu/Punjabi), as it allows for effective communication with a diverse clientele

Salary:
£14,898.04-£25,086.33 per year
