about 2 hours agoBuilding Surveyor required for a project led role with a Building Consultancy working primarily with clients in the education sector. The work for this role is largely around the Birmingham area, but as the building consultancy's head office is based in Leicestershire, the role will require you to spend one day a week there. This is an independently owned, owner managed practices with three offices across the central region. They are a very busy and highly successful firm able to offer great training and development. Projects are largely for clients in the education sector although this includes a wide range of work including both new build and refurbishment projects.

For this role we're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor. We do need a relevant qualification in Building Surveying for this role. The role is largely project led so experience of Contract Administration will be highly desirable. Projects are however quite local to the region but some travel is required.
