Description

A Systems Engineer undertaking the Installation Engineer (IE) performs activities to support the transition of systems into service and provide support in their operation and maintenance.

The IE also supports internal teams in the deployment of representative environments for use verification and analysis activities.

The Installation Engineer is responsible for:

  • Planning and conduct of system installations and setting to work for customers including permanent and exercise installations.
  • Planning and conduct of system installations and setting to work for internal teams including test rigs and training installations.
  • Maintenance of Installation procedures and generation of Installation Plans.
  • AMPA Licence Generation.
  • Providing data as required to the Asset Manager.
  • Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) as required
Clearance

Individual is required to be able to hold or already hold Security Clearance.

This requires person to be a British Citizen who has lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.
