Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven person to undertake admin and finance tasks. You must have good attention to detail and be able to manage your own workload.


We are a group of companies in the communications sector so the role will be assisting with accounts and admin across all our companies.


You will predominantly be working from home but you will be required to attend some site visits in Redhill/Horsham for catch up meetings with other staff.


Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchase Invoice and Expenses processing.
  • Matching receipts to payments.
  • Checking supplier statements.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Producing basic weekly reports.
  • Arranging Insurance
  • Supporting staff with adhoc admin tasks.
Person Specification

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform duties in an organised manner.
  • Can prioritise own workload.
  • Able to work flexibly and independently from home.
  • Have the ability to respond to changing priorities at short notice.
  • Have good time management.
  • Able to learn new systems.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
