Partner Finance Assistant
As a team we have a Hybrid working style, which gives flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment. Skills and attributes for success:
- Commitment to achieve excellence and great attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities through communication and prioritisation
- Comfortable to liaise with high level stakeholders with appropriate support from the rest of the team
- Reliable team player with the ability to work closely with the other members of the team to manage and balance workload
- Responsive and reliable in handling the many varied queries and information requests from the Partners, internal leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and recognition of when to reach out for support
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Strong excel foundations or willingness to learn them and the desire to develop existing skills
- Skilled in appropriately prioritising tasks and workload within the team to meet the changing needs of the business and respond to ad hoc requests without losing sight of the many tasks arising from the underlying annual cycle.
- Experience isn't essential as long as you have a 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
