Sure Start Staff are looking for experienced
"Marketing Executives" to join our fast growing & reputable client based in the Bredbury, Stockport area, on a permanent basis.


Salary: 30K+ (Dependant on experience)


Role:
Marketing Executive


Hours:
Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)


Location:
Bredbury, Stockport


Basis:
Permanent (From day 1)


Duties:


  • Responsible for setting overall marketing strategy for the business focusing on creating brand awareness centred around the company goals and objectives.
  • Continually review and adjust marketing strategies to create 'buy in' from new customers across different markets/locations working in conjunction with other departments, using a variety of methods and new ideas to promote our products, attract new customers and increase business. Keeping up with developing trends and working alongside other group companies where required.
  • Overseeing and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the Head of Sales through written reports and presentations.
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as website/ brochures/ flyers/ videos/ gifts, and leading projects on content with other departments as required.
  • Develop and lead interdepartmental marketing group to share, develop and initiate marketing ideas.
  • Coordinate exhibitions through handling stand bookings, stand development and design and shipment of promotional material.
  • Coordinate company presence at events through handling stand bookings, stand development and design and shipment of promotional material.
  • Review and analyse our competitors, whilst assessing our market share to identify potential growth areas, new audiences and set targets. Analyse all customer feedback to identify all trends, implement changes as necessary and set targets accordingly.
  • Selecting, negotiating and liaising with thirdparty marketing agencies, as required, on marketing campaigns.
  • Hiring and managing the marketing team. Developing individual performance through coaching and mentoring with responsibility for setting of departmental goals.
  • Adhere to the Company's Management System (ISO9001) which contains all departmental procedures and SOP's and all other standard company rules and regulation including the Environmental Policy. Ensuring all activities in department are carried out in accordance with the H&S policy.

Essential:


  • CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing (or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Multiskilled in administration, initiative and creativity, independent working and demonstrate commercial awareness. Familiarity with latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of

Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint etc. Adobe products, Illustrator, SAP B1, Social media apps and SEO. Strong knowledge of website analytics tools.

  • Teamwork be able to support, cover and maintain a positive environment.


  • Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to analyse the Company's position in the market through consideration of trends and SWOT analysis. Good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.


  • Effective Presentation

  • Being able to deliver an effective presentation, considering the audience's needs in order to capture their interest, develop their understanding, inspire their confidence and achieve the objective.
