Excellent salary + benefits on offer. Duties will include;
- Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables
- Purchase ledger duties, managing the purchase order system, processing
- Updating cashbook/ nominal ledger with payments and receipts
- Working with Finance Manager to complete monthly bank reconciliations for
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Recording of petty cash transactions
- Credit card processing, updating ledger and monthly reconciliation
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assisting with month end journals and preparation of management accounts
