***A leading UK firm of accountants and business advisers' firm, who've been helping their clients since the 1920s have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in London.

**Job description -
Compliance Administrator - London**- To facilitate and administer the review process for all service contracts and outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation and internal governance processes.

  • To keep up to date with of ongoing regulatory changes
  • To work with the Sourcing team regarding changes in legislative requirements and ongoing process changes and efficiencies
  • To collate reporting on performance of Broker agreements and intra group sourcing
  • To collate, review, maintain and update as required, key process timetables detailing multidepartmental activities across the business, to enable timely delivery of external reports and returns.
  • To identify, track and resolve key process issues raised as part of timetable monitoring.
  • To maintain the process framework (comprising of a central process library with departmental process maps, procedures and policies, together with cycle documentation detailing key cross departmental data flows).
  • To support annual reviews of the process library and add new processes as required.
  • Support and enable improvement initiatives fostering and delivering a continual improvement ethos.

Requirements:


  • Previous work experience and worked in an administrative role
  • Highly developed numerical & organisational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (outlook, powerpoint, excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Adapt to a pressured environment with ability to multitask
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Ability to influence others in a persuasive manner
  • Capable of working to a timetable
  • Thorough demonstrating careful attention to detail
