We're looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join us and play a pivotal role in our Food & Beverage department, ensuring the seamless coordination of menus, projects, and communication between various teams.

This role will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records of menus and updating our internal systems with the support of the Food & Beverage operations team.


What you'll be doing as a Food & Beverage Coordinator...

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to coordinate menus for various outlets and special projects.
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to ensure menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist in the creation and development of new menus, taking into account customer preferences and market trends.
  • Maintain and update our internal procurement system with new menus, pricing information, product specifications, and allergen information.
  • Ensure the accuracy of menurelated data in the system, including ingredient lists, allergen information, and pricing details.
  • Act as a liaison between Food & Beverage operations and the marketing team to facilitate the creation and promotion of new menus.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that menus are effectively communicated to guests through various channels.
Generate reports and analysis related to menu performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.


What are we looking for?

  • Ability to approach data entry in an organised and methodical way with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage coordination or menu management role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and menu database management.
  • Knowledge of culinary and food industry trends.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and menu management software.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise your own workload.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced team and working environment, being able to assess and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to analyse and review information and provide reports.
