GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a
Customer Engagement Advisor who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.


As the Customer Engagement Advisor
your key responsibilities are

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Manage customer queries, ensuring we respond within our SLA
  • Respond to challenging customers and work with them to resolution
  • Deal with customers who may qualify for compensation and process payment

About you

  • Proven experience within a customer service environment containing strict SLAs
  • Good working knowledge of best practice for complaint handing and investigation
  • Impeccable customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High attention to detail and good data entry skills
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
