The Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) Placement Year programme will provide you with the opportunity to shape and influence your own career path.

What you can expect:

During your Placement Year you will experience what working at LSM looks like.

You will be joining a team and working on live projects with talented and experienced colleagues with the opportunity to dive right in and take initiative.

Our initial training programme and bespoke development, networking and mentoring opportunities will provide you with the knowledge you need and the exposure to our international locations and global industry leaders.

You will receive a competitive salary while you are with us, as well as the opportunity to secure a full-time position or place on our graduate programme after completion.

What you need to succeed:

We are looking for university students in their penultimate year with a 2:1 or equivalent (predicted), who:

Are creative, innovate, agile and digital-orientated when embracing new ideas to futureproof our business;
Are openminded, resilient and relationshipfocused individuals that are keen to build sustainable and collaborative networks by putting people first;
Have passion and are actionorientated with an eye for translating complex data driven analytics to help make robust business decisions;
Are fluent in English verbally and in writing (an additional language is a plus);
Have the right to work in the UK.
