Interim Leadership Development Facilitator

Contract Length: 20months

Day Rate:
£600-640per day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Requirement:
This is a part time consulting position. We are seeking support for up to 3 sessions per week (pending availability; peaks and troughs expected).

Headquartered in London, with offices across the UK, our client is uniquely placed in the market and a globally recognised consultantcy firm.

The role will:

Lead facilitation of full day sessions to develop leadership capability for middle and frontline leaders (operational/transport context; groups up to 20 people)
Provide coaching, either live in sessions and during briefings/debriefings, to upskill cofacilitators delivering the programme with you.
Able to understand predesigned materials and translate core leadership concepts in a workshop/group coaching style format.
