Department- Upcoming jobs- Location(s)- Central London, Cheltenham, Manchester- Salary- £34,777 - £45,345 depending on role, experience and location- Job descriptionMI5 keeps the country safe from serious threats like terrorism and attempts by states to harm the UK, its people and way of life.

We carry out investigations by obtaining, analysing and assessing intelligence, and then work with a range of partners, including MI6 and GCHQ to disrupt these threats.

Through our protective security arm, we provide advice and guidance to government, businesses and other organisations about how to keep themselves safe.

You'll combine your experience in the commercial arena with your talent for customer service as you deliver vital support to colleagues, suppliers and partners across the Intelligence Agencies.


We'll shortly be recruiting for the following roles:

Procurement Manager (Commercial Practitioner)


You'll provide a responsive, efficient service working across a range of unique procurement projects, gathering requirements, liaising with suppliers and keeping customers informed with progress updates.


Procurement Officer (Associate Commercial Practitioner)


Supporting the team in delivering a range of key procurement activities, you'll assist with contract implementation and management, and build supplier relationships.

No matter your experience or background, you'll receive dedicated support from day one.

You'll have an assigned mentor and regular check-ins with your manager, as well as access to a wealth of core and technical skills training.

Plus, you'll have opportunities to gain professional qualifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply).
