About Role:

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our lovely care home within 5 miles of Goole.


Your job is to support the Care Home Manager in daily process tasks such as data entry, data collection and sharing, filing, financial administration, staff rota communication.


About You:


We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong administrative support skills and has experience working in a generalist administrative role covering many aspects.


You will also be computer literate, have some experience of payroll, knowledge of HR processes and well-developed customer service skills.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel is required.


In order to be effective in this role, you'll need to have great communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to liaise with people at all levels including staff, visitors and service providers.


You Require:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by us.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £10.75 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
