Description

We are looking for a few Marketing Assistants to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Assistants' role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities include answering customers' queries, demonstrating products/services, as well as keeping up with KPIs and targets.

Our team has been trained at providing the best customer service and the best solutions to streamline the buying experience.

You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer management matters
Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customers
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track KPIs

Requirements:

Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Benefits Of The Role
- £18,000- £24,000 OTE.
