Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal (Geography specialist desirable) from April 2023 on a 6-month fixed term contract.

The successful person will be tasked with adding capacity at Assistant / Deputy Headship level within the school. Offering coaching and mentoring and close support to the current Humanities faculty and current Director of Humanities.

You will be joining a secondary school that's on its journey towards 'Good'. They have made rapid improvements and are relentlessly focussed on providing stimulating learning experience for all their students.

They actively encourage students to participatein all areas of academy life, motivating and inspiring them to unlock their potential and realise their ambitions.

Salary offered:
£60,000 - £65,000
