Security Operations Centre (SOC) Engineer | Milton Keynes | Paying up to £80,000

Lynx Recruitment Ltd have partnered with a Global MSP that are looking for a qualified Security Operations Centre (SOC) Engineer to join the team.


The responsibility of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) Engineer will be to ensure that client environments remain secure whilst actively looking out for new vulnerabilities and assisting with any mitigation on potential attacks.

You will also act asan escalation point for any Cybersecurity incidents and will need to be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape to support the Head of Security.


  • Strong knowledge of security technologies (IDS, IPS, DLP, Data Encryption, Firewalls, IoT, Web Security etc
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management technologies
  • Degree in Computer Science or a similar field is essential
  • Any Pen tester or Ethical hacker qualifications will be an advantage
