Your new school
A school located in the Bristol area are looking for an English teacher. This two-form entry secondary school is a popular inner-city school and has a friendly and warming staffing team.

The school places a high focus on inclusion and equality ensuring thatall pupils are happy and safe in their learning environment.

The school has also recently been graded 'Good' by Ofsted and has aspirations to continue to develop and grow; therefore, they are looking for a dedicated and driven teacher who is patinate aboutteaching and can fit in well with the supportive environment that had been created.

Your new role

Due to start in Bristol on a Long-term basis until the end of term, there is plans to continue with this contract of the teacher is the correct fit.

If successful, you will be responsible for teaching kS3 and KS4 classes. This is a full-time role, with therequirement for planning, delivery and marking.

Within this role you will get half a day planning per week, you will also get regular support from as KS4 specialist teaching assistant.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
  • Experience in teaching key stage 3 and 4 is preferred but not necessary.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the English national curriculum.
  • You will need strong communication skills.
