The Accounts Payable Assistant, under the guidance of the Finance Operations Manager, will assist with the various tasks within the Finance department.

The main area of responsibility will include ensuring that day-to-day financial transactions are recorded and processed accurately in adherence with existing University policy and procedures.

This is a full time and permanent role working hybrid home/Kensington.

The role holder will work with the Head of Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable and, Accounts Payable, FP&A teams and various stakeholders in the College.

The Finance Assistant is a member of a small team and, whilst the role will be managed by, and work directly to, the Finance Operations Manager, emphasis is placed on teamwork and it is expected that the postholder will work flexibly and proactively to assist colleagues according to the demands of fluctuating workloads.
