The positioncomes with a salary of up to £21,385.

In this Community Support Worker role in Horley area, you'll be supporting people in their own homes and in the community through person-centred approaches.

The aim will be to provide flexible and supportive services that maximise independence for their serviceusers.
As part of your Community Support Worker duties, you will:

  • Support people across all aspects of their agreed support plan
  • Help people manage their health and medication, including administration of medication
  • Provide monthly reports and provide prereview reports as required

Other Care duties include supporting people with paperwork, budgeting, shopping, domestic tasks in their home, and accessing appointments and activities.

Visits can vary from an hour to a day.

As part of the Support Worker role, you will work flexibly, forexample, visit clients in their own homes at agreed times.

You'll sometimes need to work at multiple locations in a single day or week and to work flexible split shifts where appropriate is highly desirable.


  • NVQ2 or above in care or equivalent
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, autism, etc
  • Experience of working in a Community environment is desirable too
In return, you will receive a salary of up to£21,385p/a, along with excellent benefits.
