Ideal Recruit are currently looking for a Production Administrator to join our client's busy site in Blackburn.
Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities
- Accurate completion of daily reports.
- Accurate updates to and use of the Sage system.
- Booking of despatches using courier online booking services and telephone.
- Effectively sharing/requesting information.
- Updating and housekeeping of document libraries on the company intranet.
- Scanning and filing, both digital and physical copies, of various paperwork.
- Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise daily workload in what can be a fastchanging environment as we respond to the needs of the customer.
- Computer literate to a good standard through training or experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of Sage would be desirable, but training can be provided.
- Excellent time management skills.
