Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
We are recruiting a Caretaker for our client in Bolton (BL3).


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of site projects.
  • Staff supervision.
  • Basic building maintenance.
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
  • Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.
  • Deep cleaning in summer.

Our requirements:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
  • Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
  • Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts:
Monday - Friday 6:00am-14:00pm or 10:00am-18:00pm, based on 52 weeks


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
