As Food Runner, you will play integral part in the restaurant's operation.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN, GROW AND DEVELOP YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD, SERVICE AND OPERATIONS.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head Waiters in maintaining the sections
Running food from the hot pass and cold pass
Managing and restocking the service elements of the hot pass and cold pass

Overseeing pre-service preparations: station replenishment, mise en place
Developing menu knowledge
