Vehicle Damage Assessor
**Circa £34k basic plus bonus (around £500 per month)
- **
Brighton

Permanent, Full Time

Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm

Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Carrying out estimates accurately and sending to customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with insurance companies/third parties to access necessary claim information.
  • Carrying out all estimate followups.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the full range of competitors products and services.
  • Handing over completed vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Workshop Controller to achieve completion dates.
  • Advising the Bodyshop Administrator of any issues affecting completion date.
  • Responsible for work quality and final checking of all vehicles in the repair and completion stage.

Your background & skill:


  • Experience as a VDA (Ideally fully qualified)
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
  • Communication skills.
