Gold Grain Capital Ltd is an FCA regulated company that offers investment advisory services to professional and institutional clients and acts as an arranger for complex tailor-made derivatives and structured products.


Gold Grain Capital's Off-Cycle Analyst Program offers an opportunity to gain direct experience in financial markets and acquire the necessary technical and qualitative skillset in a results-oriented and supportive environment.


Interns would have exposure to the entire investment process including market and technical analysis, producing and presenting investment ideas and ultimately the design, structuring and trading of the products as well as post trade monitoring and reporting.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a diverse and experienced sales team under the supervision of the Managing Director.


Key Activities:


  • Follow entire trade process for structured products, including:
  • Understanding clients' desired exposure and risk appetite
  • Constructing complex derivatives and optimising structures
  • Conduct relevant market research and fundamental equity analysis
  • Performing analysis of product's expected performance and back testing trade strategies
  • Negotiating product issuance with Investment Banks and other Brokers
  • Performing regular reporting on product lifecycle
  • Oversee updating of marketing material
  • Support sales desk with daily trading activity

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrates proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge/familiarity with any programming language
