Business Change Coordinator

Pay Rate:
up to £37.22/hr Ltd Umbrella

Position Description:


The Business Change Coordinator's overarching objective is ensuring robust delivery of incremental deployment releases to business end users, getting the organisation engaged and ready for the change, and ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.

In order to achieve this, the Business Change Coordinator will be able to monitor and manage the impact of change.


Key Responsibilities

  • Describing and communicating impact of process changes on business roles and relationship to user access within the tools
  • Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
  • Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users
  • Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders in preparation of a deployment
  • Creating stakeholder communication and engagement plans, and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users
  • Supporting business interactions with matched pair Process Leads and key stakeholders in the development of global business processes
  • Ensure 'Idea to Product' global business processes maintain alignment with the overall Transformation Process Architecture and are compliant with set regulations and standards
  • Develop, create and maintain reporting and management information on the development of global business processes maturity
  • Set high standards for written materials and diligently follows them personally and holds others to account to achieve
  • Create standard timing plans for business change and readiness
  • Support business initiatives utilising Agile practices
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Good communicator / stakeholder engagement
  • Selfdirected / selfmotivated Microsoft Excel / plan creation
  • Experience or exposure working on transformational projects
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred:


  • SAP familiarity
  • Experience of Agile
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

Education

  • Relevant Degree or equivalent working experience preferred
