Now at an important crossroads in their journey, they're looking for an experienced and ambitious Development Team Lead to help coordinate and drive team efforts to deliver and maintain software solutions.

With the company known for its quality and velocity of development through a variety of modern tech including Golang, TypeScript & C#, they pride themselves on being agile and forward-thinking towards using all the latest tech.

Software Development Lead:
The role

In this exciting and highly rewarding position, you'll be the manager of a development team (team size 10) and project manager to a host of exciting projects that will shape the course of the company for years to come.

Some of these projects include:

Full rewrite of sports site
Full rewrite of User Platform site

Alongside these projects that you'll help headline, you will also be tasked with:

Ensuring that the development team is motivated to deliver stellar and reactive levels of products and services
Remain aware of the quality of solutions and make sure company quality, standards and rules are adhered to
Continually strive to keep development process times as low as possible
Evaluate processes and identify and alleviate potential risks
Remove potential blockers to delivery
Conduct performance feedback and input into developer appraisals

Once these projects are done, there is an endless list of new feature projects that have been waiting to be kick started.
