Your New Role

Your Role Accountabilities

Coordination of key innovation, compliance and business projects to improve production experience and site processes.
Implement business systems and software solutions to streamline processes and create efficiencies with wider WB Technology team.
Support the Director with the service delivery of thirdparty partner operations to improve lifestyle experiences and onsite community.
Support administration relating to WBSL's strategic growth planning.
Research, compile and maintain special reports and presentations as required.
Manage administration activity on behalf of the management team, including organising meetings, meeting facilities and coordinate followup information/actions.
Support financial processes for Client Services & Operations Team, including raising and tracking purchase orders and invoicing where necessary.
Liaise and assist with familiarisation visits for industry focused, film and business contacts.
Support in the coordination and delivery of adhoc events.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the administration and delivery of site marketing activations.
Support research and feedback mechanisms to review overall production experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Ability to review an operation objectively, analysing strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunity.
Ability to refocus approach quickly to support the business needs at the time.
Demonstrate empathy and care in a user endtoend experience.
Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work to deadlines, often provided at short notice.
Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs of the department and remain calm under pressure.
Previous knowledge of/or an interest in the media, film or events industry.
Previous experience of working in an operational or support role.
Project management.
Driving licence, preferred.
IOSH desirable.

Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK.

This 200-acre secure site has half a million square feet of stage space, production offices and workshops together with an exterior filming tank, one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot.

WBSL has some of the largest sound stages in the UK and is proving to be a very popular facility for production clients.

WB Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies.

The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots.

WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.

WBSL also have an onsite childcare facility available to WB employees and onsite productions called The WonderWorks and Zone10 - an onsite gym facility to support the physical and mental wellbeing of all our employees.

These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.
