We are looking f a Partner Suppt Specialist
with a minimum of 2 me years of experience in operations, customer suppt, account management, to join them initially on a
6-month contract.

What you need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer suppt, account management.
  • Experience using Excel and/ basic data & insights tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English in a business environment.
  • Able to wk nontraditional hours (outside of 9am6pm) occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the media industry.
  • Experience with APIs.
  • Experience in operationalising processes.

What will you do?

  • Take charge of onboarding partners and being their primary operations contact.
  • Promptly address partner inquiries about product features, bugs, and other concerns.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and translate concerns into effective resolutions.
  • Continuously improve our suppt wkflows and share insights with our crossfunctional teams.
  • Keep track of deal requirements and enhance processes to enhance partner experience.
  • Maintain a central knowledge base, train new employees, and specialize in product and issue management to provide highquality suppt.
