**Quality InspectorTR Fastenings (TR) is part of Trifast plc and is a leading international specialist in the design, engineering,
manufacture, and distribution of high-quality industrial fastenings and Category 'C' components principally
to major global assembly industries. Every colleague around the world is a valued member of the TR family

We are looking to recruit Quality Inspectors to join our new National Distribution Centre based in the West
Midlands (WS2 8DQ).
The role will be on a rotational two-shift pattern:
- Early shift: 6am 2pm
The Role
Reporting to the NDC Quality Manager. Your main responsibilities are to ensure complete customer care by
maintaining the highest standards of Quality. To maintain good levels of communication to enable individuals
(internal/external) to understand and comply with all matters of Quality and safety.
Duties include:
- Authority to pass or reject the product at Goods Inwards inspection.
- Authority to enter, remove or scrap products in the quarantine area.
- Authority to sign off COC's.
- Inspection at Goods Inwards to be carried out as per the relevant BMS instructions.
- Responsible for standards control.
- Responsible to ensure all gauges are maintained and calibrated at the predetermined intervals.
- Quality issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
- Concessions to be raised and issued to the appropriate Key Account Coordinator to supply to the
- Vendor drawing approvals to be reviewed. TR customer to be consulted as required.
- Manual COC's to be completed as and when requested by the Key Account Coordinator.
- Responsible for quarantine rejections to be monitored on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the tidiness of the warehouse.
- To work to BS, Din standard and customer drawings whilst maintaining company procedures set out in

- CAR programme create, check and answer quality questions and close out when completed.
- Approved signatories for Location's certification.
- Ensure the company TQM and Health & Safety policies are followed.
