Are you looking for a central position within a division where we deliver the international exam process worldwide? Look no further We are now recruiting for a Divisional Support Officer in the International Education Operations division.


The Divisional Support Officer role is a pivotal one in this structure - aimed at strengthening the assistance available to the Operations Senior Management Team and the division as a whole.


About the role
As part of the Professional Support Unit in the Analysis & Support Group, each member can cover team responsibilities, but has lead responsibility in allocated areas within:

  • Support to the divisional senior management with diary management, data and reports, so they can focus on leading the division effectively.
  • Support the divisional staff, to facilitate their needs to process the examination series, such as system and building access, stationery, office requirements.


On behalf of Cambridge International Education, you are part of the team that manages the system that grants access to secure company network, and safeguard staff Conflict of Interest with our examinations and business.


The attached job description will give a more detailed description of the tasks covered by this role, but it is still not limited to these, leaving regular room for challenge.


About you
You will have strong organisational skills, highly motivated, enthusiastic, with strong office and IT skills.

Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision, you might even have a working knowledge of SAP or Workday, which would be an advantage.


You are a proactive self-starter, tenacious, resilient and flexible, are process minded with ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


You are professional with staff, stakeholders and suppliers, and confident to exercise judgement, initiative and integrity to handle confidential information.

This role needs someone who is diplomatic, discreet, tactful and considerate.
