• Source and attract nurses and healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Generate and distribute invoices to clients for services rendered, accurately reflecting billable hours, rates, and additional charges.
• Manage endtoend payroll processing for healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Shared on call management.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry (1 year),
• Indepth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not essential.
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (CRM) preferred.
